Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Agility Writer Solution (Registration No. 202503245540), operating as RM1 Website ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

RM1 Website provides web design, development, and digital marketing services for businesses in Malaysia. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • RM1/Day Complete Website Package (RM365/year)
  • Authority Pack — content expansion service
  • Google Business Profile optimization
  • Google Ads management
  • SEO content management
  • Full SEO market mastery

2. Payment Terms

RM1/Day Website Package

  • Deposit: RM100 refundable deposit required to start the project
  • Balance: Remaining RM265 due upon approval of the website preview
  • Renewal: RM365 per year for continued hosting, domain, and email services
  • Refund: If you are not satisfied with the preview, your RM100 deposit will be returned in full

Other Services

Payment terms for other services (Authority Pack, Google Ads Management, SEO services) will be communicated upon engagement and are subject to their respective pricing structures.

3. Project Timeline

We aim to deliver your complete website within 3 working days from the receipt of all required materials. This timeline is subject to:

  • Timely submission of business information and content
  • Prompt responses to design choice selections
  • Reasonable scope of requested changes

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete business information
  • Reviewing and approving website content and design
  • Ensuring you have the right to use any content, images, or trademarks provided to us
  • Maintaining your own backups of any original content provided

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the content and design of your website. However:

  • We retain the right to use the website design in our portfolio
  • Third-party software, frameworks, and tools used in development remain under their respective licenses
  • AI-generated images are subject to the terms of the image generation service used

6. Hosting and Domain

Your RM365/year package includes:

  • Website hosting on our managed platform
  • Custom .com.my or .my domain registration and renewal
  • Professional business email setup
  • SSL certificate

These services are provided on a yearly basis and require annual renewal for continued operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RM1 Website shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Website Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. However, we are not liable for downtime caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
  • Third-party service outages
  • Force majeure events
  • Actions by the client that affect website functionality

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

  • Client: By providing written notice and allowing the current paid period to expire
  • Us: If the client breaches these Terms, with 30 days notice to remedy the breach

Upon termination, we will provide you with a copy of your website files upon request.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
